Happy Wednesday to you all! Before I get to my contest reminder, I need to give a shout out to this new oatmeal concoction that I tried this morning:

I've seen many fellow bloggers add things like almond butter...but I only had pb...so I tried it. Very good & adds some protein to your breakfast. I highly recommend trying this...

So, the contest! We now have only 7 days until the contest is over. It's almost the holidays...who doesn't love chocolate, especially at this time of year!?!?

You may be wondering what you're going to do with an entire pound of chocolate. Well, aside from eating it (bc it is AMAZING) you can also bake with it! I created some delicious cookies using a chocolate chip cookie recipe I have but substituted the Entrom's for the chocolate chips. They were a HUGE hit. Take a look for yourself:
