1.) Wordpress charges to host you own domain name (I guess so that they can support the service they provide for you...eh...no thanks...)
2.) It costs a lot of $$ to have someone do an upgrade for you...
So...I'm just going to work with what I have - rearranging has begun. As soon as it is finished, I will start the normal blogging process back up!

Hmm. Good to know. I feel like I need to do something different with my blog...
Sounds frustrating. All of the technical part of blogging is my least favorite. I hope you're able to work something out to fit your vision for the blog.
