Recently I instituted "project sexbomb" as my friend Abbie so nicely coined my "look good for 5th year reunion" personal project...funny, I know. I have great friends. This project has lead me to be creative while trying to satisfy my sweet tooth.
Here is a recipe for a DELICIOUS and very low calorie, healthy dessert that you must try!
5-7 ounces Strawberries
1 packate Splenda
1/4 tsp Balsamic Vinegar
Cut up strawberries into quarters (or more if you have big strawberries). Place in bowl.
Sprinkle Balsamic Vinegar (yes, you only need 1/4 tsp!) over strawberries & toss slightly.
Sprinkle Splenda over strawberries - toss slightly.
Enjoy!!!

I would recommend an aged balsamic of 7+ years for this dessert. If you don't have one (e.g. Balsamic vinegar of Modena), simmer it on the stove until reduced into a syrup like consistency. Let cool before using.
