The stuff always comes out sweet but not as heavy as when you cook with sugar. I usually do 1/2 splenda &amp; 1/2 brown or sugar in the raw. I really don&#39;t like granulated sugar in baking - too processed for me. Halving it with &quot;normal&quot; sugar also guarantees that you won&#39;t taste it, which some people don&#39;t like.<BR/><BR/>Also, the &quot;healthy&quot; version is more chewy, like a muffin, as I stated above.
